Tamper Evident Shrink Sleeve Oven

Tamper Evident Shrink Oven (TESO) boosts profits and eliminates costly manual labor with this compact addition. It shrinks PVC, PETG, OPS and PLS band applied to a wide variety of container shapes and sizes.
The TESO heat tunnel is totally enclosed with dual controls for greater flexibility. It utilizes two 3,000 watt heat emitters located front and back with a maximum temperature of 450Ί F. Flow-through ventilation and radiant head is used to shrink the band.
This compact unit (22 long) eliminates the need for a lengthy conveyor. Installation is easily done by your in-house staff using standard tools. Comes complete with mounting brackets. Optional conveyor lift or free standing lift station.
Oven working areas: 3 wide x 3.5 tall, 6 wide x 3.5 tall or 9wide x 2 tall. All TESO are 3 kW @ 220vac. Power requirement: 208~240vac/split phase/15amps
Recirculating Shrink Oven

Recirculating Shrink Ovens (RSO) implements a true recirculating heating process that shrinks your shrink film evenly and gives your container a professional look. The RSO Heat Tunnel is made of all stainless steel construction and large easy to use digital controls with recipe memories. Our ovens also feature graduated heat settings and convenient 220, 440, 575 VAC. The RSO Heat Tunnel can be mounted directly to your conveyor or mounted on a free standing Lift Tower Unit with a power height adjustment. The heat range of the RSO Heat Tunnel is room temperature to 700 degrees Fahrenheit. Ideal for full body shrink sleeve applications.
Oven working areas: 6, 8 10 and 12 wide by 6 or 12 tall. 6 tall unit are 12 kW and 12 tall unit are 24 kW. Power requirement: 215~240v/3 phase, 440~480/3 phase and 525~575/3 phase.
Shrink Steam Oven

Rapid growth in the use of shrink sleeves, particularly in the form of sleeve labels, has highlighted the need for high energy shrinking systems to match the performance of application machines such as the Automatic High Speed Shrink Sleeve Applicator System.
The Steam Shrink Oven (SSO) shrink tunnel has 8 heating zones per module all of which may be set individually. Steam management systems provide all the elements of steam conservation and safety and the tunnel outer housing is heavily insulated. These tunnels are built in standard modules of 2M steps so that a complete tunnel can be configured to perfectly match the demands of the product and sleeve. Modules can be ganged together as production speeds increase and the complete installation is matched to the performance of our Automatic High Speed Shrink Sleeve Applicator Systems.
Heating with steam reduces artwork distortion considerably, as the heat source is in intimate contact with the sleeve and shrinks all parts of the surface equally. It also caters to a wider variety of container shapes including heavily "waisted" drink containers, PET sleeves on PET bottles and the trend towards thinner sleeve materials. Steam also eliminates the need to pre-heat glass and metal containers before sleeve application. Shrinking sleeves onto delicate plastic containers and glass are no problem for the Steam Shrink Oven.
